How long does it take to process an order?

If a product is in stock, processing typically takes 1-2 business days.  For pre-orders, please see item description for shipping date.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipments are generally made via USPS Priortiy Mail.  The rate is $13.45 for each planner.  If you'd like to order multiple planners, please e-mail info@stephanielopes.com for shipping rates.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping timeframe cannot be guaranteed, but according to USPS, packages should arrive within 1-3 business days after processing.  After your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.  

Can you make changes to my order after I've already purchased?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible.  Due to this, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been received.  Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to purchase.  We are unable to make changes to the address once the order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What is the return policy?

Planners are non-refundable due to the time sensitivity of the product unless you've received a damaged item.  If your item is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stephanielopes.com.
